Kevin is a Corporate Finance Manager with experience in valuation, business modeling, and transaction-related advisory.
He has worked on valuation and litigation assignments, as well as financial modeling and private equity–related engagements.
He also brings experience from Grant Thornton and BNP Paribas, combining strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of investor and fund reporting.

Kevin holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Toulouse Business School (TBS).

Manager - Accounts and Tax
Muhammad Usman
Muhammad Usman is a seasoned accounting and tax professional with over eight years of experience advising businesses across the UAE and Pakistan. He specializes in accounting, audit, VAT, and corporate tax, delivering practical and fully compliant solutions tailored to business needs.
He is an ACCA member and holds professional membership with UAECA. In addition, Muhammad is a registered Federal Tax Authority (FTA) Tax Agent for both VAT and Corporate Tax (Registration No. 20061339), with extensive experience in VAT and Corporate Tax filings, voluntary disclosures, and tax refund claims.
Known for his structured approach and strong leadership, Muhammad ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery helping businesses operate with clarity, confidence, and control.

Senior Associate - Corporate Finance
Ozan Ok
Master in Corporate Finance & IB, NEOMA Alumni
Ozan is a Corporate Finance Senior Associate at JRC Corporate Consulting, with experience in restructuring, M&A, and fundraising engagements across the GCC and Europe.
He has supported large-scale debt restructuring, buy-side financial due diligence, refinancing mandates, and sell-side M&A processes, contributing to financial modeling, and preparation of investor and board-level materials.

Ozan holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from NEOMA Business School and brings a rigorous, execution-focused approach to transaction advisory assignments.

Margi is a Corporate Finance Analyst at JRC Corporate Consulting, supporting M&A, fundraising, and transaction advisory engagements. She brings prior experience in private equity and investment banking, with exposure to business analysis, valuation drivers, and capital raising processes.

At JRC, she supports financial analysis, valuation work, and due diligence processes across a range of sectors.

Muhammad Ryan
MBA - Finance, CMA (USA)

Muhammad Ryan is a Corporate Finance Analyst with experience across financial advisory roles in the UAE. He previously worked with Grant Thornton UAE supporting M&A, restructuring, and valuation mandates across multiple sectors.
During his MBA, Ryan was part of Morgan Stanley’s Hedge Fund Services team, strengthening his foundation in financial analysis and capital markets. Prior to joining JRC, he worked within the finance team at DAR Global in Dubai, gaining exposure to the real estate sector and supporting corporate finance and financial reporting activities.
Ryan brings strong analytical skills and hands-on transaction experience, helping clients navigate complex financial and strategic decisions.

Analyst – Corporate Finance
Mateo Girard
MSc Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, NEOMA Business School
Mateo is a Corporate Finance Analyst with experience in valuation, financial modeling, and transaction advisory. He has worked on M&A and private equity transactions across multiple sectors, supporting deal execution, due diligence, and investment analysis.
He previously gained experience at Naxicap Partners, BNP Paribas Développement, Outmatch, and Baker Tilly, where he developed strong technical expertise in valuation (DCF, comparables), business modeling, and investment analysis, as well as exposure to investor and fund-related processes.

Accountant
Abdul Wahab
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance with over four years of professional experience supporting clients across IT services, interior design & fit-out, education, and chartered accountancy environments.
He provides accounting and financial advisory support, including tax computation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance, and is proficient in Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office. Known for his analytical approach and client-focused mindset, he supports informed business decision-making.
